Parking
Parking
Parking for Pakhusene is in the shared underground car park beneath the building — for both cars and bikes.
Bikes & prams
There are bike and pram rooms in the basement with direct access to the lift and the car park. Besides the cars, the car park holds around 70 bicycle spaces, with a water supply for bike washing and compressed air. Access is with your key fob.
Cars
Car parking in the cellar is public and operated by APCOA — both residents and guests can park for a fee. The rate is DKK 15 per started hour, and the car park is open around the clock. The easiest way to pay is via the APCOA FLOW app (location code 3624). See details on APCOA's Pakhusene page.

Keys & access
Keys & access
Pakhusene uses an electronic key fob system from Salto. Your own fob opens the main doors, the common areas and your own apartment door — apartment access is coded individually on each fob.
New fobs
We can code new fobs for you as needed for DKK 100 each. Contact Nicki on the board to arrange it.

Cleaning of the common areas
Cleaning of the common areas is handled by the same company, Dalbøge Ejendomsservice. The agreement covers:
- Entrances, hallways, outdoor landings and lifts
- Every 2nd week, all year
- Stair washing — up to the apartments and down to the car park
- Every 4th week, all year
- Extra cleaning of entrance areas (winter half-year)
- 12 times a year
- Window cleaning of the marked window sections, inside and out
- Monthly, all year
Deep cleans are included 4 times a year for entrances and stairs, removing stains and shoe marks among other things.
Faults & repairs
Faults and defects in the common areas can be reported to the board at bestyrelsen@pakhuseneliving.dk.
Seagull nests
The board is aware of the seagull nests on the roof. This year our hands are unfortunately tied, but going forward we will apply each year for a permit to remove the nests before the seagulls lay their eggs.
Workshop
Workshop
Under building 6 — in the former waste room in the basement — there is a shared workshop that all residents are free to use, at no cost. It is intended for projects and hobby work.
Please clean up after yourself and don’t leave a mess down there, so the workshop is pleasant to use for the next person too.
Borrow a hammer drill
The walls in Pakhusene are reinforced concrete, and drilling into them requires a hammer drill. Both Nels and Nicki on the board have one that any resident is welcome to borrow — just reach out and we’ll arrange it.
Tradespeople
Tradespeople
These are the tradespeople we normally use, but you are not required to use them. Everyone is free to choose for themselves — the list is simply a set of suggestions for people who are out here often and know the place.
